Sip Haus: from coffee shop to destination.
A full-system engagement in progress — brand and menu, a reimagined room, and custom software built around the way the team actually works.

The idea
Sip Haus had the bones of a great late-night lounge, but the space still read like a daytime café. Our core message to the owner was simple: turn it into a destination people visit for the experience.
Menu & brand redesign

The destination concept
Our concept deck opens up the room: removing the wall that blocks the stage, adding mirror-globe installations, warm brass and terracotta materials and hanging greenery, and turning the patio toward the greenbelt so the outdoor lounge becomes a reason to come.

Software built for the team
- Rise of the Empire — a custom team game where each staff member rules a territory on a live map, claims tasks, completes side quests and climbs a weighted leaderboard. It syncs in real time across devices.
- Guest rewards — the next step turns the same mechanic into loyalty: guests sign up, conquer territory as they visit and spend, and unlock secret perks.
- Operator tools — a tablet-friendly operations dashboard concept for tables, hookah coal timing and revenue tracking.

Blindside Lounge

Elsewhere Hookah Lounge
New website for Austin's woman-owned late-night hookah lounge, plus QR guest capture, a Google review engine, flyers and decor direction.
The Rainey House
A space-age disco concept website for a 1969 bungalow bar on Rainey Street that had no website at all.
