Blindside Lounge: +33% and climbing.
Our flagship transformation on Austin's Historic Sixth Street — a full system covering the website, Google, screens, lights, menus and promotion.

The starting point
Blindside had a great location on Sixth Street and a room with real potential, but it was competing with dozens of bars on the same blocks. The screens showed whatever happened to be on, the menu was hard to find, and nothing online told people why this was the room to choose.
What we built
- Website & SEO — a fast site at blindsidelounge.com, plus standalone local-search landing pages built to capture Sixth Street nightlife searches.
- QR drink menu — one scannable menu at blindsidelounge.com/menu covering signature cocktails, beer and shots, and VIP bottle service.
- Six-screen TV network — four screens at the bar, a large screen in VIP and one at the front, grouped into zones so each area shows the right specials at the right hour.
- Screen content — revolving drink specials, bottle-service promos and AI-generated motion pieces designed to stop people mid-conversation.
- Light-show control — our own LED show control software (Node.js, Art-Net and Lightjams) so the room's lighting moves with the night.
- Signature menu development — themed shots and signature cocktails that give guests something to order and talk about.
- Blindside Tattoo — a multi-page website for the upstairs tattoo shop with artist rosters and live Instagram feeds, so bar and shop send customers to each other.
Interior concept direction

Why it worked
None of these pieces is magic on its own. The lift came from connecting them: people find the bar on Google, see a site that matches the room, walk in to screens selling the night's specials, order from a menu that's easy to read, and post a room worth posting. That loop is the Nightform system.

Elsewhere Hookah Lounge
New website for Austin's woman-owned late-night hookah lounge, plus QR guest capture, a Google review engine, flyers and decor direction.

Sip Haus
Menu and brand redesign, a destination-nightclub concept for the space, and a gamified team-and-guest rewards app.
The Rainey House
A space-age disco concept website for a 1969 bungalow bar on Rainey Street that had no website at all.
