Concepts on the table — bars we're actively courting across Austin. Each already has a direction, a look, and a plan.

Cheers Shot Bar

Sixth Street's original shot bar has three decades of history and a rooftop patio most bars would kill for — but its story wasn't showing up online. Our concept leans into what makes Cheers legendary: the 150+ shot menu, the veteran bartenders, and that skyline view. A bold, neon-forward site built to pull in the walk-by crowd and the reservation crowd alike, with the shot menu front and center and the room's energy captured in the first scroll.

The Little Darlin'

A South Austin institution — denim-clad, dog-friendly, live music in a huge backyard, and some of the best gourmet Southern food in the city. The challenge here is capturing a place that's equal parts honky-tonk, community hangout, and hidden gem. Our direction plays up the "local diamond" identity: warm, characterful, unmistakably Austin, with the backyard, the music calendar, and the food doing the selling.

Lulu's

A mother-daughter craft cocktail bar tucked into Stinson Yard in Menchaca, with a serious mezcal and tequila program, fresh-juice cocktails, a rooftop made for sunset, and the most photographed wall in 78748. The concept celebrates the family story and the design-forward, Instagram-native space: clean, bright, editorial, built to convert the huge social following into rooftop reservations and to make the taco truck out back part of the draw.

Rusty Cannon Pub

South Austin's favorite neighborhood bar on Stassney — a proper local: brunch, events, game days, and a regulars-first feel. The concept is unapologetically bold and Texan, built around the "neighborhood bar" identity that keeps people coming back. Big type, warm wood-and-brick tones, and a layout that puts the events calendar, the menu, and the "your local" promise where everyone can see them.
